Yggdrasill Carbon has now completed its third construction year with a major milestone, with over one million plants planted across the country. Construction began later than planned this summer due to demanding weather conditions, which affected access to areas as well as plant production. Promising partnerships with great contractors, experts and other partners took the company though planting 1,023,414 plants across the country.
Forestry has been at the forefront of its first years of activity and since the company started forestry construction in 2022, the company has now planted a total of 2,464,286 plants. The summer construction marks a major milestone inthe company's plans to increase carbon sequestration and be a good option for companies that want to level their carbon footprint with certified carbon credits. With optimism, the YGG team is now looking towards winter, where the semecertification process of the projects and the preparation for the next construction year has already begun.
